1. Acceptance of Terms.By accessing or using Stickman Gears game and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility.You represent and warrant that: (a) you have reached the legal age for playing video games in your jurisdiction; (b) you are not prohibited from using the Service; (c) you will comply with all applicable laws.
3. Account Registration and Security.You may need to register an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current personal information; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) be responsible for all activities under your account; (d) immediately notify us of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Virtual Items.In-game virtual currency, items, or other virtual goods (collectively, "Virtual Items") are licensed for your personal use and do not constitute real property. You have no ownership rights in Virtual Items. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or delete Virtual Items and do not provide cash refunds, except as required by law.
5. Code of Conduct.You agree not to engage in:
Using cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or other unauthorized third-party software
Harassing, bullying, threatening, or stalking other users
Posting offensive, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content
Engaging in activities that may disrupt, overload, or harm the Service
Infringing others' intellectual property or other rights
6. Intellectual Property.The Service and all related content (including but not limited to software, code, designs, text, graphics, images, audio, video) are the property of AMAGI WARDROBE INC. or licensed to us, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Service Modifications and Termination.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
8. Disclaimer.The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability.To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMAGI WARDROBE INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be finally settled by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its arbitration rules.
11. Changes to Terms.We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting the revised Terms on the Service or through other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
